We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for the services you have purchased. 1.1. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1.2. This policy is applicable to all services provided by Jobwayz, including but not limited to consultation, application preparation, document review, and submission assistance.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Consultation Services: All consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid additional charges.

2.2. Application Preparation and Submission Services:

  • Refunds may be available if you request cancellation within 5 days of payment and before any work on your application has commenced.
  • Once work on your application has started, no refund will be issued.

2.3. Document Review Services: Fees for document review services are non-refundable once the review process has commenced.

3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at refund@jobwayz.com with your request, including the reason for the refund, your service details, and any supporting documentation.

3.2. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 30 days to process. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice to Jobwayz.

4.2. For services that are eligible for a refund (as described in Section 2), the refund will be processed according to the terms stated above. If the service is not eligible for a refund, the cancellation will still be processed, but no refund will be issued.

5.1. Jobwayz reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
