Manage customer reservations, payments, and registrations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Promote ongoing offers, tournaments, and special events.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed within the gaming center.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

1+ Years Experience / English Speaking
High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of popular video games and gaming equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
