Business Visa
The Canadian Business Visa allows you to attend conferences, meetings, or explore opportunities in Canada. Note: This visa is for short-term stays and does not authorize employment in Canada.
Document Requirements
Application Form:Complete IMM 5257 (Visitor Visa Application) and IMM 5645 (Family Information Form).
Valid Passport: Must be valid for the duration of the stay with at least one blank page.
Proof of Business Activities: Documentation such as an invitation letter from a Canadian business, business registration documents, and details of the planned business activities in Canada.
Proof of Financial Support: Provide bank statements, payslips, or other financial proof to confirm you can cover your stay in Canada.
Travel Itinerary: Details of your travel plans, including flight bookings and accommodation.
Employment Verification: A letter from your current employer outlining your role, salary, and purpose of the visit.
Photographs: Passport-sized photos meeting Canadian visa photo requirements.
Visa Fee Payment: Receipt of payment for the visa processing fee.

List of Designated Organizations
To qualify for the Start-up Visa Program, your business idea must be supported by a designated venture capital fund, angel investor group, or business incubator.
Language Testing
Applicants must achieve at least Canadian Language Benchmark 5 (CLB 5) in listening, reading, writing, and speaking to qualify.
